You ask, we listen

A suggestion box at school. You write down what you want changed, and it actually gets read.

Make school more fun

Starting with a lunch surprise. Small things that make an ordinary school day better.

Celebrate fellow students

A student of the month, and different students on the morning announcements, not the same few every time.

Who she is

Senior. Captain. Teacher in training.

Mia is a senior at Calvary Chapel Academy and a captain on the volleyball team, which mostly means she has spent three years learning how to get a group of people to show up, work, and stay kind to each other while doing it.

She is going into education after graduation. She wants to be a teacher because she likes the part of school that happens between people, and that is the same reason she is running.

Her middle name is Grace. She would also like you to know she will not go M.I.A.
